In addition to the 27th ICRM 2021, De Montfort University is delighted to be hosting a Business Day bridging the gap between academia and practice, generously sponsored by Acquire Digital.

The 2021 edition of the ICRM takes the roles of new and emerging in the development and management of marketing relationships as a key theme. As such, the Business Day will be an opportunity for academics, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to debate the ways in which technologies can be used to support and enhance relationships in organisations.

The day will include keynote presentations – details to follow.

As well as keynote presentations, the day will include panel discussions and workshops aimed at helping business to work practically with partners and others to create value for relationship marketing activities from a broad range of technological advancements.

The Delegate fee for the Academic Colloquium includes registration for the Business Day.
